Rubber Expansion Joint — Single & Double Sphere, DN25–DN1200
Rubber expansion joints absorb vibration, noise and pipeline movement between pumps, valves, tanks and pipework. Zhongsong supplies single sphere and double sphere rubber joints with flanged ends in GB/T, DIN, ANSI, JIS and BS drilling, in EPDM, NBR, Neoprene and Hypalon, with PTFE-lined options for aggressive media.
Typical applications: water treatment and pumping stations, HVAC and district heating, marine and shipbuilding, chemical and power plants, and general industrial pipelines.

How to specify
Tell us: nominal size (DN), flange standard and drilling, medium and temperature, working pressure, movement expected (axial / lateral / angular) and quantity. We will confirm the drawing and quote within 24 hours on working days.
Quality and testing
Batch test reports are provided with each shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) can be arranged at the factory before shipment; pre-shipment photos and videos are sent for confirmation.
